The Productivity Solutions Grant (a.k.a PSG Grant) is an initiative by Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and IMDA to help local SMEs adopt pre-approved digital marketing or IT solutions, tools, and consultancy services to improve productivity and transform digitally.

SMEs can receive up to 50% grant support, helping to cover up to half of the cost of pre-approved digital marketing or IT solutions through reimbursement.

How to Apply
Step 1
Get a quotation from a pre-approved PSG grant vendor such as 3D Brand Agency.
Step 2
Go to the Business Grant Portal and click on BGP.
Step 3
Login with your CorpPass.
Step 4
On the ‘My Grants’ page, click on ‘Get new grant’.
Step 5
Select your industry, as per ACRA, and select ‘Upgrade key business areas…’
Step 6
Select ‘Productivity Solutions Grant‘.
Step 7
Update the main contact person’s details and SMEs’ financial statements for the last 3 years (for first-time applications).
Step 8
Provide details of your proposed solution and why you need it. You will also be required to upload the vendor’s quotation.

What is the PSG Grant?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a government initiative by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and IMDA to support Singapore SMEs in adopting pre-approved IT solutions, equipment, and consultancy services that enhance productivity and digital transformation.
Eligible businesses can receive up to 50% funding support for qualifying costs.
What is the limit to the total PSG funding per company?
The grant cap is up to S$30,000 per financial year, per company, across all PSG solutions.
The financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March, and all applications submitted before 31 March will count toward that year’s cap.
How many PSG grants can my company apply for?
There is no fixed limit on the number of PSG applications a company can submit, but conditions apply:

For IT solutions, for example Digital Marketing Solutions, only one application per UEN is allowed.

For equipment-based solutions, multiple applications are permitted if they are for different business locations under the same UEN.
Can a sole proprietorship apply for the PSG Grant?
Yes. Sole proprietorships registered in Singapore can apply for PSG funding, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria set by EnterpriseSG.
Do I need to make full payment to the vendor first?
Yes. The PSG operates on a reimbursement basis. SMEs must make full payment upfront to the pre-approved vendor before submitting a grant claim for reimbursement after project completion.
Can we start the project before getting PSG approval?
You can commence the project only after submitting the grant application via Business Grants Portal. Do note that the project commencement and completion dates must be in accordance with the project qualifying period stipulated in the Business Grants Portal.
